I shorted crystal cell number 4 for a full 5 minutes and the voltage dropped very rapidly down to 0.01 volts.
After I removed the short, the voltage climbed almost instantly to about .5 volts and continued to climb at a steady pace.
Within one minute, the voltage had climbed back up to 1.20 volts.
Within two minutes after removing the short, the voltage was back up to 1.25 volts and climbing was much slower.
At 5 minutes after removing the short, The voltage on #4 crystal cell was up to 1.31 volts. Pretty close to the 1.37 volts that it read before the 5 Minute Short Test.
These crystal cells seem to be pretty resilient as far as the voltage is concerned. The next thing I want to test is the current capabilities of crystal cells.
